Sleep–Not Just for Wusses

by Lisa Rosen on September 7, 2011

I read an excellent–and compelling–article the other day about the impact of sleep deprivation on the developing brains of teens and children.  I know a lot of teenagers (I have two in my house, actually), and I don’t know a single one who gets enough sleep.  I’ve written here in the past about the connection between obesity and inadequate sleep, but the brain research is kind of amazing.

It’s a long article, but be sure to read all the way through to the end–adults need to get enough sleep too.

Then go make your kids get some sleep.
