<description>OH MY GOSH! You rock Girlfriend! I&#039;m so proud of you. Hang in there. You know all the right things to do. I&#039;m confident that your knee will quit rebelling soon and you&#039;ll be up and running by brevet week.
I will miss you and look forward to hearing all about it.

		<description>Lisa,

Thanks for the link to your blog - enjoyed your write-up. I hope your knees heel quickly and come back stronger. And I enjoyed the time spent riding with you. You would not have liked the dogs between Seagrove and Uwharrie - absolutely the worst dogs I have seen, in viciousness and number. But I had a good ride other than the dogs. Rode in the dark by myself from Seagrove to Morrisville without event. Enjoyed the quietness and peacefulness of the night, although Paul had some very bad luck on Jones Ferry Road. Finished at 4:30 AM and thought I was wide-awake until I took a hot shower at home and then fell right asleep, but only for two hours. I look forward to other rides with you. Good luck with the Brevet Week.

		<description>Lisa,

Congratulations on a successful 300K. Sounds like you&#039;re riding strong. Keep it up and take care of that knee.

<description>Great Blog! I have to return the thanks. Had I been alone I may still be lost somewhere in NC. Ready to throw in the towel on the whole idea of Randonneuring. As it turns out I will beg for more punishment in the foothills of NC.
Here is the url to my blog: http://beachkettlebell.blogspot.com/</description>
